Reviews of Films released in 2001
Below, you’ll find a running Top and Bottom Ten list for the year. I’m not a professional critic by any means. I don’t get to see most of the movies released in any given year. When I’ve released Top Ten lists in the past, there were always key pieces of the puzzle that were left out because I didn’t see them in time.
Film opinions are ever changing, and nearly no one can see everything in a 12-month cycle. That’s why each year will have a running Top Ten List. It very well could happen that a movie gets bumped from the rankings below. I expect it. Discovering new cinematic treasures is what it’s all about, right?
